Do you want to have the power of He-Man or be a Barbie girl in a Barbie world? How about take a ride on a Really Useful Engine around the Island of Sodor? Well, soon you’ll be able to. Mattel is opening its first-ever theme park, Mattel Adventure Park, early next year in Glendale, Arizona.

Mattel Adventure Park is being designed for fans of all ages. Rides and attractions include Hot Wheels go-karts, a treasure hunt journey with Thomas & Friends, He-Man laser tag set inside of a life-sized Castle Grayskull, and two Hot Wheels-themed roller coasters. The first roller coaster is the Twin Mill Racer, a hyper GTX coaster, and the second one is the Boneshaker, a more family-friendly roller coaster experience. When you need to rest, enjoy food and beverages at the Barbie Beach House, with a third-story rooftop. There will also be party zones where you can celebrate your birthday with a Barbie, Hot Wheels, or Thomas & Friends party experience.

Mattel’s new theme park is part of a new entertainment destination called VAI Resort, which will be similar to Downtown Disney or Disney Springs, and will feature restaurants, shopping, a large swimmable lagoon complete with white sand beaches,  an interactive theater, a hot air balloon, a hotel, a wedding venue, and a concert space.
