While we were at Power-Con 2023, we wanted to check out as many booths as we could. One of those booths was Andrew Heath’s Frozen Culture. Frozen Culture sells retro pop-culture designs in the form of vinyl popsicle sticks. They were cute and clever and reminded us of early Funko Pop! figures.
