Gal Gadot did a video interview with ComicBook to promote her new Netflix movie Heart of Stone (it was record in June, before the SAG-AFTRA strike began). During the interview, she shared that despite James Gunn and Peter Safran scrapping plans for a third Patty Jenkins-direct Wonder Woman film and cutting her cameo from The Flash movie, she expects to return to the character in a third Wonder Woman movie.

“I love portraying Wonder Woman,” Gadot told host Chris Killian. “It’s so close to and dear to my heart. From what I heard from James and from Peter is that we’re gonna develop a Wonder Woman 3 together.”

I don’t know, I’ll believe it when it happens. What do you think? Will we get a Wonder Woman 3 or will they go in some other direction entirely?
