NECA has unveiled two of their New York Comic Con 2023 Exclusives: Glow-in-the-Dark Phantom of the Opera Figure and Ultimate Ghost Face Takes Manhattan. Just like with San Diego Comic-Con, there will be an online pre-sale (some during the week of September 11) for non-attendees to get a chance to pick up a Con Exclusive.

The 1925 silent movie The Phantom of the Opera was famed for the shocking appearance of the Phantom, which actor Lon Chaney created himself and kept secret until the premiere. Almost a century later, the thriller is still critically acclaimed and was added to the United States National Film Registry in 1988 for its historical and cultural significance. The Ghost Face Takes Manhattan Ultimate action figure is touring the city that never sleeps and picking up a few souvenirs before ending their trip at the Javits Center this fall. Dubbed “The Icon of Halloween,” this 7” scale convention exclusive is fully articulated and features an all new soft-goods cloak, new classic knife, glow-in-the-dark green knife, PlayKill, statue souvenir, and interchangeable hands (featuring the iconic “wipe hand”).
