Hasbro Pulse’s February 20 Marvel Legends Fanstream Recap

Hasbro Pulse’s Marvel Legends team did their first fanstream of the year today. While there was no new MCU Legends announced today (Deadpool and Wolverine are upcoming to time with the new Deadpool movie this summer), two comic teams were completed. They also showed a lot of new X-Men and Spider-Man products that will go up for pre-order in the coming weeks, as well as revealed a new Zubu Build-a-Figure Wave with a “hodge podge” of figures. Recent comic-based reissued figures currently up for pre-order:

Retro Carded X-Force Blister Card Uncanny X-Men Deadpool: Comes with 2 Katanas. Has a nice metallic sheen, a bunch of weapon accessories and gorgeous blister card art. Has fun artwork on the back of the blister card packaging.

Deadpool Corps Vehicle: Rereleased 3-pack that includes Deadpool, Dogpool, and Squirrelpool. Now available to pre-order through Hasbro Pulse and other fan channel retailers

Spider-Man: Daredevil/Hyrdoman 2pack:

Daredevil has a super articulated body, black shell shading to recreate the look of the animation. Comes with a couple alt heads, baton, long flexible piece of plastic that can plug into both that you can take off and plug into holster or attach them. Not a bendy but has great flex to it for positioning.
Hydroman is all translucent with white frosting tops on water cones that go around his feet and white highlights on chest and hair.

New Reveals:

Spider-Man: The Animated Series: Dr. Strange and Morbius VHS Series 2-pack: Animated version of Dr Strange; wearing bright red cape and black pants, no tunic, different articulation build. Pre-orders later this month; exclusive to HasbroPulse.

Spider-Man The Animated Series: The Prowler: Has all of the pinless arms and legs; Comes with two alt heads (with and without mask); Updated deco. Single release on retro Spider-Man card. Pre-order info soon. This will be a Wal-mart exclusive in the US and Canada.

Spider-Man Animated Retro Cardback Carnage: Built off of Knull’s body, which has only been used once before. Has classic head and some new alternate weapons: Giant double bladed axe, double-sided sickle arm piece, claws, and full black goop deco all over back and front; Spider-man retro cardback. This will be a Target exclusive in US and available on Toys R US and fan channel retailers in Canada.

Fantastic Four 2-pack with Blue and Black Wolverine and Spider-Man: Completes the team from the Fantastic Four #21 comic book cover (Empyre storyline). Comes with last year’s 2-pack with Franklin Richards and Val Richards. This is an advanced reveal. No pre-order info yet but it will be a fan-channel exclusive.

Comic-based Captain America Exclusives:

Evil Secret Invasion Captain America: This will be a Walmart exclusive in both the US and Canada and will be a part of a Walmart Collectors Con even soon.

Sam Wilson Capt America: Has shield backpack and full wings; This will be a Target exclusive in the US and a Toys R Us exclusive in Canada; Pre-orders will be the morning of February 28.

New Reveal:

Captain America Villain 2-pack with Baron Zemo and Arnim Zola:

Arnim Zola: Orange and purple colors, new face graphic more classic-inspired by early comics he was in; has new color way across entire figure; control rod

Marvel Legends SHIELD 3-pack Nick Fury Jr, Sharon Carter, Dum Dum Dugan: Each has a different body type: Nick Fury Jr has a heroic body type, Sharon has slender body type reusing parts of Black Widow body, and Dum Dum has robust heroic dad bod. This pack will come with lots of accessories. No pre-order info yet other than it was be a Fan Channel item.

Comic Zabu Build-a-Figure Wave: Pre-orders for this wave will be Thursday, February 22 at 1:00 p.m. E.T.
