Hasbro Pulse’s December 14 Marvel Legends Fanstream Recap & Reveals

The Marvel Legends team at Hasbro Pulse did their last fanstream of the year today, revealing new figures, including X-Men ’97 Wave 2, comic-inspired Captain America figures, new 2-packs to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Wolverine, and more. You can watch the full stream here.

Here are the reveals:

Marvel Legends Red Widow: Fully articulated; this is a preview of the figure that was voted at PulseCon.

In 2024, Marvel Studios is re-offering Marvel Legends figures that would have more of an appeal to new, casual, or fans. It will start with two figures. The figures will be re-releases but the boxes they come in will be new. They are Iron Man Mark LXXXV and Iron Spider Spider-Man.

Iron Man Mark LXXXV: Endgame version of Iron Man. This is the same one that was seen in Endgame Wave 3 with the BAF Thor.

Iron Spider Spider-Man: Costume comes with web effects and alternate hands.

Sneak peek of two comic book-inspired retailer exclusives: 2024 release, but no preorder info is available yet.

Marvel Legends Comic-Inspired Sam Wilson Captain America: Fully articulated with wing pack. Updated shield has pivot point for each wing. They’ve added Sam’s unique Cap logo to the shield. Spring 2024 release. Target exclusive.

Marvel Legends Comic-Inspired 6-inch Scale Hail Hydra Captain America: Has new arms, torso, and shield. Is built on pieces from Ultimates Capt America from a few years ago. New deco and pointed shield. Scalloped detailing; Spring 2024 release. Walmart exclusive.

Marvel Legends X-Men ’97 Wave 2: No preorder info; all packaged in blister cards.

Nightcrawler: New pinless arms and legs with sculpted details for gloves and boots; Tail rotates around on back. Fully articulated, double pinless, torso butterflies and unique shadowing on face as seen on animated series.

X-Cutioner: Has a baton and spear that plug onto back, a rifle with translucent barrel cover, and an alternate sentinel cannon that can plug onto his arm. Brand new to the Marvel Legends line.

Magneto: Has big M on chest; alternate head and long gloves.

Jean Grey: 100% new figure featured in iconic suit. Has double pinless arms and legs; hair down and hair up alt heads, and alternate hands (telekinesis hands and fists). One of the alternate heads has articulated pony tail.

Cyclops: Has deeper coloring than previous versions; All of the straps are keyed into his legs and torso (no floating straps). Has double pinless arms and legs, butterflies, and alternate heads.

Goblin Queen: Different than the one from the HasLab campaign; Comes with magic effects, cape, alternate hands, and a baby.

Comic X-Men 50th Annivesary Wolverine 2-packs: In honor of the 50th anniversary of Wolverine, Hasbro is releasing four 2-packs, each anchored by a Wolverine figure and one of his adversaries. Pre-orders for some of these 2-packs will be on Friday, December 15 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Each comes in window packaging. The artwork on the back covers will be featured on future Marvel Comic variant covers. Info on that coming soon. This wave will be out in Spring 2024.

Brood Wolverine and Lilandra: Back of packaging was designed by Andy Kubert and Brad Anderson.

  • Brood Wolverine: Has newly sculpted arms and a new head with moveable jaw. Dressed in his classic brown costume that’s inspired by comic book cover Uncanny X-Men #234.
  • Lilandra: This is the Lilandra that was revealed at LUCA. She has a new torso, cape, double pinless arms and legs, scepter, and crown. New head but based on Mystique alternate head.
  • Will be available on Hasbro Pulse and Fan Channels.

 

Cowboy Logan and Sabertooth: Back of packaging is a reimagining of Wolverine Issue #10 and was designed by Andy Kubert and Brad Anderson.

  • Cowboy Logan: Has two alternate heads with two different cowboy hats (brown and black), popped and unpopped claws, red cowboy shirt, proper amount of chest and forearm hands and Xavier issued playing cards that are deco’d on the front and back.
  • Sabertooth: 90s iconic version of Sabertooth; bigger than many Sabertooths done in past; elbow spikes, alternate grabbing/slashing/clawing hands; matching fur collar, pinless arms, butterflies, two heads; close in scale to Age of Apocalypse Sabertooth.
  • Will be available on Hasbro Pulse, Fan Channels, and Amazon

Black Ninja Wolverine and Lady Psylocke: Back artwork by John Guydo, inspired by Wolverine Cominc #257; Will be available for preorder at a later date.

  • Lady Psylocke: Has two expressions, including sinister expression. Comes with ten rings on alternate hands, the rings power effect and psychic knife effect. Dressed in samurai-esque armor, double pinless arms and legs and articulation.
  • Black Ninja Wolverine: Has pinless arms and legs.

Patch Wolverine and Joe Fixit: Packaging artwork by Phil Noto, represents iconic cover of Wolverine #8.

  • Both figures are in their matching twin white tuxedos; both have alternate expressions, popped and unpopped hands, matching bowties and tuxes.

Warren Worthington as Angel: Has fully articulated wings that fold up and down. Uses the Vulcan base.
