Looks like Playmate Toys’ new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Classic Ninja Unleashed Mutation Raph will be a Target-exclusive in the United States.  Amazon Canada has a listing for it and it clearly shows the “Target Exclusive” on the packaging.
