Medicom has put up a MAFEX The Dark Knight Returns Joker (Variant Suit Ver.) figure for pre-order. The Joker is MAFEX No. 214 and will ship in February 2024.

The Dark Knight Returns Joker figure stands at approximately 6.3-inches (160mm) tall and comes with lipstick, 2 knives, 2 cotton candy treats, and two alternate head pieces (frowning and laughing).
