Hasbro announced via IGN one of their San Diego Comic-Con 2023 exclusives: A G.I. Joe Classified Series 6-inch Chuckles figure.

Chuckles will only be available at the Hasbro Pulse Desk at Booth #3213 for $41.99, beginning when the doors open at 5:30 p.m. on Preview Night, which is Wednesday, July 19.

As we previously reported, Hasbro will not be doing in-hand exclusives at Comic-Con this year. Instead, those lucky enough to score a Chuckles exclusive will get a one-time use code, which they’ll scan to be able to preorder on HasbroPulse.com. They will be limited to one per customer.

According to IGN:

Chuckles comes with all the accessories you’d expect an undercover agent to have, like a pair of sunglasses for a quick disguise, a manila folder filled with sensitive (stolen) documents, a portable cassette player that looks suspiciously similar to the G1 Transformers Soundwave, and other assorted covert-action gear.
