Join Jay as explores an often overlooked part of Ghostbusters Toy History. Argentinian toy maker Jocsa kept the Real Ghostbusters toyline alive after Kenner stopped producing RGB figures in 1991. In 1992 Jocsa brought back a lot of favorites from the Kenner releases, and did some new things, like these variants of the “Slimed Heroes”. These were fully licensed figures from Kenner, Columbia Pictures and are often mistaken for bootlegs. I’ve wanted these figures for over 20 years, are they worth the wait?

An unproduced figure from the Masters of the Universe prequel series The Powers of Grayskull. He-Ro was brought to life in figure from for the first time in the MOTU Classics toy line as a San Diego Comic Con Exclusive in 2009. Join Jay as he reviews the Hasbro X Mego Crossover that gives us fairly accurate (for a Mego figure) Ghostbusters figures! This partnership isn’t necessarily something that Toy Collecting Ghostbusters fans really wanted (That would be a NECA or Super7 Real Ghostbusters line) but its still nice to get new Ghostbusters toys as Hasbro goes dormant with the license while there is no new media to support it.
